We bought an e-bike from MiCycles 3 years ago, clocked 7000km on it with very little pedal-assist, had the bike regularly serviced, even the battery renewed when it came to it.

Prior to finding MiCycles, have bought e-bikes online twice, consequentively. Don't recommend going online, unless you have expertise of electrics and mechanics. E-bikes are a cutting edge technology and MiCycles know the good products from the poor ones, and will provide you with good service once you buy your e-bike from them.
